The days of popping in to your local agency to see what they have on the market are mostly long gone and that’s how we’ve managed to pass on significant savings to our customers. Bypassing the ever-increasing costs of high street premises’ allows us to be more nimble with our fees whilst delivering comprehensive property letting and management from our more modest office premises in North London. From here, we discuss, listen, collaborate and challenge each other every day to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our landlords and tenants at all times.

Our fees are transparent and, with what feels like daily changing legislation increasing our workload, outstanding value for money. There are no hidden costs so you can rest assured you wont be hit with any nasty surprises when it comes to signing up.

Letting Only

8.4% (7% + VAT) of the terms rental payable at the commencement of the tenancy in full.

Letting & Rent Collection

10.8% (9% + VAT) of the terms rental and tenancy renewals payable monthly, three monthly or six monthly.

Letting & Full Management

13.2% (11% + VAT) of the terms rental and tenancy renewals payable monthly, three monthly or six monthly.

Guaranteed Rent and Rent Protection Insurance

These are typical costs but may vary slightly depending on the size of the property. Any additional rooms will incur an additional charge of £18.00 (£15.00 + VAT).
